Step 1 - A complete survey of the facility/ plant will be conducted by us, making details of the energy consumption done.
Step 2 - Exhaustive energy audit is carried out on the facility by a certified energy auditor, who would evaluate the current consumption of energy in the plant against the set benchmarks.
Step 3 – Recommendations are made basis auditors findings.
Step 4 – We would help you implement these findings and convert them into energy savings.
This is aimed at remodeling the production cycle of the plant and transition to a more energy efficient production capacity OR making the plant self reliant in terms of its energy requirements by switching over to a non conventional/ sustainable energy generation capability
Step 1 – Basis primary findings of phase 1, and future energy requirements of the plant, a feasibility study is conducted to make the plant self sufficient in terms of its energy requirements.
Step 2 – Various options like setting up an alternate energy generation plant or redesigning the production cycle are evaluated in terms of cost, benefits and payback period.
Step 3 – Financial aspects of these recommendations are presented before the customer, along with proposed sources for the required funding.
Step 4 – Implementation of the agreed upon project as per the aforementioned steps.
This is aimed at translating the benefits of energy conservation project into tangible cash benefits and helping the customers in getting government subsidies, international accreditations associated with using green technologies.
